Thank you for your support and intrest in my work! Before you submit your form, please note the following.
I require a $100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit that will be requested upon finalizing your appointment time/ date. Please do not send your deposit until prompted, as it will be sent back and further complicate the process. Once a deposit is requested you will have 24 hours to send the deposit before your date/time is put back up for grabs, if in the event your date/time is taken I will notify you and a new date will be chosen.
Reschedule/ cancelation
If you have to reschedule your appointment, please do so no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, if the reschedule notice comes less than 24 hours prior you may be asked to send a new deposit to secure your new spot. If you reschedule more than 24 hours prior to your appointment your deposit will be held for 60 days and can be put towards one new appointment. If you must cancel your appointment, your deposit will be held for 60 days, and if you choose to rebook with me within those 60 days your deposit will be credited towards your new piece/ appointment time. Cancelation with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit with no future credit. No call no shows will be required to send 50% of their original quote +a new $100 deposit if they wish to rebook.
Late policy
If you are running late, first and foremost, please try to let kme know. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out your consent form/ allow me time to set up so we can start on time. I will not lay out my supplies until you are in the building. If you are more than 15 minutes late with no contact your deposit will be nullified and you will owe $60 in addition to your final price. After 30 minutes regardless of contact your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
